Pop-Ups
We use pop-ups with our MemberConnect application to bring you additional services such as online bill pay, eStatements, and check reorder site. You can configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups to our site by adding the following websites to your “approved” lists.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer by a web server. Austin Telco uses an encrypted cookie as part of its Multi-Factor Authentication program. We install this cookie on your computer’s hard drive so that we can recognize this computer in the future. The cookie we install does not contain any personal information about you, only that your account has been successfully accessed from this computer previously.If at any time your cookies are erased or deleted, you will be prompted for your secondary password as a way to verify your identity. Once you enter in your secondary password, you can then choose to “recognize this computer” for future logins.

In order for MemberConnect Web to work properly, Javascript must be enabled. If you are attempting to login to MemberConnect from your PDA/Cell Phone, the web browser you are using, must also accept Javascript in order to gain access.
