2010 Annual Meeting

Make plans to attend Austin Telco’s 69th Annual Meeting Thursday, March 25, 2010, at the North Austin Event Center. As always, food and beverages will be available, and several lucky ATFCU members will walk away with cash prizes! The cost for dinner is $3.00 for members and $7.50 for guests. The Nominating Committee will be submitting the following three individuals for nomination to fill three Board of Directors positions at the Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 25, 2010: R.B. Smith, Joyce Askins and Paul Paulsen. R.B. Smith has served on the ATFCU Board of Directors for three years, and is currently Chairman. Over the years, he has attended numerous training conferences and conventions to enhance his knowledge. Joyce Askins has served eight years on the ATFCU Board of Directors, six as Secretary and two years as Vice Chairman. She also served ten years on the Supervisory Committee and three years on the Credit Committee. Paul Paulsen is currently serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. He previously served as Companywide Chairman of the United Way Campaign. In lieu of nominations from the floor, nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by 500 members. The deadline to file a petition is February 5, 2010.
